At ConverterPro, we believe your data belongs to you. Our privacy policy is built on transparency and local processing.

Zero Server Storage
Your files are processed in-memory within your browser. Once you close the tab or complete the conversion, the data is wiped. We never store copies of your documents or images.
Client-Side Security
All heavy lifting happens on your machine. This eliminates the risk of data intercepts during cloud uploads, providing a significantly higher security profile than traditional converters.
No Tracking
We do not use invasive tracking pixels. We only collect anonymous conversion counts (total numbers) to improve our tool's performance and manage free tier limits.
Local State
Preferences and history are stored in your browser's Local Storage. You have full control to clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

How we handle Information

While we don't store your files, we do use industry-standard services to manage your account and keep the site running:

  • 01.Authentication: We use Clerk to securely manage user sign-ins. Clerk stores your email and profile info to allow access to premium features.
  • 02.Payments: All payment processing is handled through secure, third-party providers. We never see or store your credit card information.
  • 03.Diagnostics: We may use basic telemetry to identify bugged conversion types, helping us fix issues without ever seeing the file content.

To help keep ConverterPro free for everyone, we use third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense, to serve ads when you visit our website.
